『人間以上』
タイルの壁から、一匹の蛸が文字のあいだに腕を差し入れる。
「more」と「than」の隙間に、そっと触れて、
まるでこう告げるように――
ここは、もう誰かと分かち合っている場所だよ、と。
私たちがホームを歩くあいだ、
その目は静かに、瞬きもせずに追いかけてくる。
もっと想像して。
もっと広く泳いで。
（※マリは、この蛸がもし水の中にいたら、自分の腕をそっと絡めてきそうだと考えていた。）
On the tiled wall, an octopus reaches between letters,
slipping a tentacle into the gap between “more” and “than,”
as if reminding us:
there is no space here that isn’t already shared.
Its eye follows us down the platform,
patient, unblinking, as if to say—
Imagine harder.
Swim wider.
(Mari was thinking that if this octopus were in the water, it might quietly curl one arm around hers.)
